Wild Hope: MPAC Sustainability Series

Vital Impacts founder Ami Vitale will be giving a lecture titled, Saving Nature, Saving Ourselves at 10.30 a.m. at the Mayo Arts Center in Morristown, NJ as part of our Student Speaker Series, produced in collaboration with Changemaker Talent.

Ami Vitale’s journey as a photographer, writer, and filmmaker has taken her to over 100 countries. She has lived in mud huts and war zones, contracted malaria, and donned a panda suit—all in keeping with her philosophy of “living the story.”

Students will have the opportunity to follow along on her journey. Through photography, film, and storytelling, she will share powerful stories that reframe the human-nature relationship.

Interested students and educators can register for free tickets at mayoarts.org (https://www.mayoarts.org/shows/photographer-ami-vitale-making-an-impact-field-trip). Ami will also be giving an all ages talk at the Mayo Performing Arts Center. Sign up for their newsletter to be the first to request the free tickets when they become available in the spring (this talk is expected to sell out.)
